Everyone knows the importance of drinking water, but yet most of us don’t drink enough water, leaving us in a constant state of dehydration. More than two-thirds of Americans drink less than the recommended ten daily cups. So, if we know the importance of staying hydrated, why aren’t we drinking enough?
There are so many excuses in the book. Some studies say people aren’t motivated to drink more, they don’t like the way it tastes, it’s hard to remember, and we’ve even heard that drinking water is extremely boring.

Start a Journal or an Alarm
Sometimes we just don’t remember are water intake. Try creating a journal that outlines how much water you’ve drank for the day. You can even set an alarm as small reminders throughout the day. Set Goals
It can be difficult to drink the recommended daily dosage of water. There are some people who strive to drink 100oz. The 100oz challenge is said to help bloating, portion control and complexion. Try setting a goal for yourself and see how it makes you feel.
Try Fruit Infused Recipes
Sometimes you just don’t crave water and you’re in the mood for sugary beverages. Water can be boring. To spice up your drink, try adding some fruit to your Glasstic bottle.
