As National Grapefruit Month comes to a close, we have one more grapefruit drink recipe to share. In this one, the tangerine helps to sweeten the grapefruit while the cucumber and mint adds a crisp, clean flavor to the blend.
Grapefruit Cucumber Orange Mint
1/2 gallon water
6 wedges pink grapefruit
1 tangerine*, sliced
1/2 cucumber, sliced
2 peppermint or mint leaves
Rinse grapefruit, tangerine, cucumber and mint leaves. Combine all ingredients in a half gallon pitcher. Refrigerate and allow the ingredients to sit for about 2 hours to infuse.
*A mandarin orange or small orange can be used in place of tangerine.
