Watermelon Cucumber Juice
Serves 2
Ingredients
2 cups fresh watermelon juice (about 6 cups diced watermelon)
3/4 cup fresh cucumber juice (about 1 large cucumber)
1 1/2 teaspoon fresh mint juice (about 15 mint leaves)
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (about 1 to 2 limes)
1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
Directions
Start with very cold ingredients and juice them in the order listed above. Stir the juices together thoroughly in a large container, adding sugar while stirring if using. Pour into two ice-filled glasses and serve immediately. You can keep the juice refrigerated for up to a day but please note watermelon juice has a tendency to separate if left to sit, so be sure to stir thoroughly before serving.
