In an effort to make a branded glass water bottle available to a wider audience, we have added the ability to customize Glasstic in house using Direct Printing via UV Inkjet Technology which allows us to add multi-color logos and names to the outside shell. This means Glasstic can now accommodate most requests for small run custom glass bottle orders.
Prior to 2015, Glasstic had been working with a few printing companies to create custom versions of Glasstic for various events and brands. The main focus of this ability was to print single color logos in volumes of 100+ units in a timely manner without having to invest time, resources and energies into equipment and personnel to manage the process. One main downside was the relatively high minimum print cost, typically in the $150 range, around Phoenix that needed to be passed on to our customers in the form of higher minimum order quantities. This requirement caused us to decline quoting jobs that were smaller than 150 units many times. As a company that tries to serve our customers in an exceptional manner and to work very hard to make them happy for choosing to do business with Glasstic, this was very difficult to do.
We are happy to announce that Glasstic can now provide single and multi-color imprints that are approx. 1.5” tall x 7” long in small run sizes of as little as 18 units. I wouldn’t mind getting a custom glass water bottle at some point! I used to have a few different glass water bottles, but I keep losing them when I take them to friends houses. Having one that’s personalized would be neat, and it’d make it much easier to point out if it accidentally ends up in a friend’s cupboard.
