Ingredients:
16 cups (1 gallon) apple cider
¼ cup light brown sugar
1 teaspoon allspice
Pinch grated nutmeg
2 teaspoons whole cloves
1 orange
Cinnamon sticks
How to Make it:
- Combine apple cider, brown sugar, allspice and nutmeg in a large pot over medium heat. Stir until sugar dissolved and mixture has been brought to a low boil.
- Puncture the outside of the orange with the pointy ends of the cloves. Cover the entire orange with closed and drop into the cider. Reduce to a simmer.
- Simmer for 20 minutes to release all the flavors. Serve warm with cinnamon sticks for a garnish.

1 cup pumpkin puree
1 quart milk
¼ cup white sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
How to Make it:
- Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan over medium heat.
- Blend together with a whisk until simmering (do not boil).
- Enjoy!
Pink Grapefruit and Pomegranate Soda

Ingredients:
½ cup pink or red grapefruit juice (1 small grapefruit)
½ cup pomegranate juice (1 medium pomegranate)
1 cup sugar
2 star anise pods
Ice
Soda water
Pomegranate arils
How to Make it:
- Stir together grapefruit juice, pomegranate juice, sugar and star anise in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil and stir constantly until the sugar is dissolved (about one minute).
- Remove from heat and let stand for 30 minutes. Strain your drink and allow the syrup to cool.
- Fill an 8-ounce glass halfway with ice, then add 3 tablespoons of syrup. Fill the glass with soda water and stir. Add pomegranate arils for a decadent look.
