Everyone knows the importance of drinking water, but yet most of us don’t drink enough water, leaving us in a constant state of dehydration. Sometimes we just don’t remember are water intake. Try creating a journal that outlines how much water you’ve drank for the day. You can even set an alarm as small reminders throughout the day.
