Juice of one lemon
2 lemons, thinly sliced
2-3 sprigs of mint, slightly bruised
2 quarts water
Add lemon juice and sliced lemons to 2 quarts of water. Place in fridge for 1-2 hours to allow lemon slices to infuse. Add mint shortly before consuming to prevent the lemon flavor from overpowering.
